Success Quotes about Entrepreneurs

Posted by admin on 18th, 2010

I find Success Quotes about Entrepreneurs and their Entrepreneurial Mindset fascinating, inspiring and sometimes even funny.

If you’re an entrepreneur, or a budding entrepreneur, have you found that the more you immerse yourself in this world, the more you find you have less in common with people who aren’t entrepreneurs, or with employee mentalities?

It’s almost like you don’t have anything in common anymore, you see the world differently, and are on different wavelengths.

Here are 15 of my favorite Success Quotes on Entrepreneurship:

“The entrepreneur in us sees opportunities everywhere we look, but many people see only problems everywhere they look. The entrepreneur in us is more concerned with discriminating between opportunities than he or she is with failing to see the opportunities.” ~ Michael Gerber

“The entrepreneur is our visionary, the creator in each of us. We’re born with that quality and it defines our lives as we respond to what we see, hear, feel, and experience. It is developed, nurtured, and given space to flourish or is squelched, thwarted, without air or stimulation, and dies.” ~ Michael Gerber

“Entrepreneurs are simply those who understand that there is little difference between obstacle and opportunity and are able to turn both to their advantage.” ~ Niccolo Machiavelli

“Innovation is the specific instrument of entrepreneurship. The act that endows resources with a new capacity to create wealth.” ~ Peter Drucker

“The entrepreneur builds an enterprise; the technician builds a job.” ~ Michael Gerber

“Nobody talks of entrepreneurship as survival, but that’s exactly what it is and what nurtures creative thinking.” ~ Anita Roddick

“An entrepreneur assumes the risk and is dedicated and committed to the success of whatever he or she undertakes.” ~ Victor Kiam

Entrepreneurs are risk takers, willing to roll the dice with their money or reputation on the line in support of an idea or enterprise. They willingly assume responsibility for the success or failure of a venture and are answerable for all its facets.” ~ Victor Kiam

“I wanted to be an editor or a journalist, I wasn’t really interested in being an entrepreneur, but I soon found I had to become an entrepreneur in order to keep my magazine going.” ~ Richard Branson

“A real entrepreneur is somebody who has no safety net underneath them.” ~ Henry Kravis

“Genius is 1% inspiration, and 99% perspiration.” ~ Thomas Edison

“Most new jobs won’t come from our biggest employers. They will come from our smallest. We’ve got to do everything we can to make entrepreneurial dreams a reality.” ~ Ross Perot

“The man who does not work for the love of work but only for money is not likely to make money nor find much fun in life.” ~ Charles Schwab

“Formal education will make you a living; self-education will make you a fortune.” ~ Jim Rohn

“The greatest reward in becoming a millionaire is not the amount of money that you earn. It is the kind of person that you have to become to become a millionaire in the first place.” ~ Jim Rohn
